| Base Color: Various Moretti, Lauscha, Vetrofond transparents. Technique: Frit is applied liberally and melted well into a rod of Vetrofond Light Brown and pulled into stringer. Stringer was randomly applied to transparent base carefully to not reduce. Lightly encased with clear. Comments: Perfect perfect perfect for faux boro. These were my first attempt at this technique and found it soooo easy to work with. Absolutely gorgeous! |

| Base Color: Moretti Transparent Dark Amber (Rootbeer) Technique: Large bead is a hollow, same base as matching pair. Rolled in frit and heated well in "mid-temp" range...not cooked. Copper Green stringer detail. Comments: WOWZERS! So many gorgeous colors from this completely NON-fussy frit. Strong reactor with this base color. Shown in different lights to show the colors brought out in this frit. |
